Frequently Asked Questions
What do the reunion fees include?
The Reunion Fee helps cover shared reunion costs, including food at designated events, planning and coordination, group supplies, and administrative expenses that support the overall reunion experience.
Can I receive a refund if I can’t attend?
All reunion event payments, deposits, and fees are final and non-refundable. Because events are planned and paid for in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for reunion packages or individual events. Please review your schedule and selections carefully before completing your payment.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. This monthly payment plan is designed to make your experience more flexible and manageable. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, you can spread your total balance into convenient monthly payments while securing your spot. Monthly payments are open to everyone, whether or not a deposit has already been paid.
I already paid a deposit. What should I do next?
If you’ve already paid a $40 deposit, you may continue making payments using this Monthly Payment Plan option until your balance is complete. Deposits are applied toward your total reunion cost. This payment option is open to all family members, whether or not a deposit has been paid.
Can I pay for more than one person at a time?
Yes. You may pay for multiple family members in one checkout.
At checkout, please list the name(s) and any child age(s) (ages 3–10 only) in the provided note section.
Are events sold separately?
Yes. Some events, such as Skate Night and the Tropical Dinner Cruise, are offered as separate options so family members can choose what works best for them.
Does Skate Night include a t-shirt?
No, Skate Night admission includes skates, food, drinks, glow accessories, and transportation. Merchandise is not included with Skate Night.
How do I know which option to choose?
Each event and payment option includes a short description explaining what’s included. Please review each option carefully and select what applies to your household.
Is transportation included for any events?
No, transportation to and from the hotel is included for Skate Night and the Full 3-Day Reunion Experience only. If you choose to pay for individual events, such as the Tropical Dinner Cruise, you will have the option to select our transportation or arrange your own. Please review each event description for details.
Is there an extra fee included in the pricing?
Some prices include a small online processing fee to support secure payment handling. These amounts are already built into the listed prices.
Can I give my payment to a Family Leader instead of paying online?
Yes, Family Leaders may assist with collecting payments, but all reunion payments must be processed through the official online reunion payment site. This ensures accurate tracking, receipts, and proper allocation of funds for reunion events.
What if I send money through Cash App, Zelle, or another payment app?
To keep all reunion payments organized and documented, payments sent through Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or other third-party apps will be refunded. Once refunded, you will be asked to resubmit your payment through the official reunion payment site.
Is my payment information secure? Can you see my card details?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through the reunion payment website. Card information is handled and stored by the payment processor, not by the reunion host. For security purposes, we do not have access to your full card number or banking details at any time.
